Minimum Requirements
Candidates applying for Development Administrator Learnerships 2025 must meet the following:
- NQF Level 5 qualification (240 credits) or above in ETD or related environment
- Experience in administration, learner management, and shared services processes
- Knowledge of ETD legislation, compliance, and TALA/TSAM policies
- Customer service experience in a corporate environment
- PC literacy: Advanced Excel, MS Projects, SAP/SAP Concur
- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to support Development Administrator Learnerships through learner management, reporting, and administrative coordination

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Administration:
- Support updating QMS and SOPs
- Manage reports, record-keeping, and learner database
- Administer Learner Management System (prospectus, activations, billing, events, calendars)
- Maintain training inventory across BNLE countries
Customer Service:
- Liaise with learners and service providers, resolving queries and ensuring SLA compliance
- Provide feedback on customer service issues
Events & Facilities Coordination:
- Assist with project plan activities and track progress
- Participate in PDCA activities and maintain facility SOPs
General Responsibilities:
- Participate in development programs
- Support strategic resource allocation and work method review
- May act in the capacity of surrounding posts or work after hours
