Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Data Capturer Jobs 2025, applicants must meet the following:
- Matric or Grade 12 qualification
- National Diploma in Management Assistant or an equivalent qualification
- 0–1 year of relevant experience in data capturing
- Knowledge of data entry and office administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Outlook
- Understanding and interpretation of ITS and office management systems
- Valid driver’s license will be an added advantage

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Submitting marksheets to lecturers in marking venues
- Issuing proof of registration, student cards, statements of results, and certificates
- Maintaining backups of data and secure filing of records
- Providing updated information to relevant departments, including emailing results to campus heads, HODs, and senior lecturers
