Minimum Requirements
To qualify for these positions at the Department of Civilian Secretariat for Police Service, applicants must meet the following:
- A Grade 12 certificate or an equivalent relevant qualification.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Administrator Duties:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support.
- Manage filing systems and prepare meeting packs.
- Organise events, meetings, and travel.
- Assist with staff overtime, leave, and claims.
- Follow up on meeting notes and administrative deadlines.
Administration Clerk Duties:
- Perform general clerical support functions.
- Record, store, and retrieve documents and data.
- Assist with procurement and maintain asset registers.
- Maintain personnel records, leave, and attendance registers.
- Arrange travel bookings and check expenditure claims.
Receptionist Duties:
- Manage the front desk and attend to incoming calls.
- Welcome and guide visitors appropriately.
- Maintain reception area and telephone lists.
- Handle boardroom bookings and office equipment.
- Ensure a safe, professional, and friendly environment.
