Minimum Requirements

To qualify for these Contact Centre Learnerships, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Completed Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Mathematics 40% or Mathematical Literacy 60%
  • English and one other South African language 50%
  • South African citizen aged 18–30 years
  • Currently unemployed
  • Available for the full 12-month programme
  • Not studying (full-time or part-time)
  • Must not have completed a similar learnership before
  • Able to commute independently to Centurion
