Minimum Requirements
To succeed as a Club-V Attendant Virgin Active, candidates must have:
- Clear criminal check
- Up-to-date First Aid certification
- Completed in-house Club-V training
- Completed Active Play training
- Strong affinity for children and ability to entertain them
- Confidence in leading physical games and activities
- Ability to learn and implement new junior programmes

Key Duties and Responsibilities
As a Club-V Attendant Virgin Active, your responsibilities include:
- Managing electronic access and exit of Club-V members
- Ensuring access cards are valid and correctly recorded
- Enforcing the 2-hour consecutive rule for Club-V attendance
- Planning and executing daily and monthly activities according to the roster and theme
- Maintaining control and safety of the Club-V environment
- Reporting incidents immediately to the MOD or Club-V Coordinator
- Controlling stock including toys, arts & crafts, cleaning supplies, games, puzzles, books, and equipment using checklists
You will also create a nurturing and fun environment for toddlers and babies, ensuring every child has a safe, educational, and entertaining experience.
