- Process loyalty card transactions
- Maintain accurate cash control and cash flow procedures
- Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and standard operating procedures
- Process authorised returns and exchanges
- Monitor customer turnover and support efficient service
- Report customer compliments and complaints to management
- Keep all cash secure and confidential
- Report suspicious activities to management
- Ensure all merchandise leaving the store has been correctly scanned and paid for
- Assist customers with product-related enquiries
