Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the Call Centre Agents role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Must have a Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
  • Must be a South African citizen aged 18–35 years.
  • Must be unemployed and available for full training.
  • Must show interest in customer service, IT, or digital operations.
  • Must be able to commit to the full programme duration.

Knowledge & Skills Required

The Call Centre Agents programme is open to candidates without prior experience. However, having the following skills and qualities will give you an advantage:

  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and polite under pressure.
  • Basic computer literacy (typing and navigating systems).
  • A positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

As part of the Call Centre Agents team, your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Providing accurate information and assistance to clients.
  • Responding to customer queries through email, chat, and phone.
  • Maintaining clear and updated records and documentation.
  • Participating in training sessions and feedback meetings.
