Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Call Centre Agents role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must have a Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
- Must be a South African citizen aged 18–35 years.
- Must be unemployed and available for full training.
- Must show interest in customer service, IT, or digital operations.
- Must be able to commit to the full programme duration.
Knowledge & Skills Required
The Call Centre Agents programme is open to candidates without prior experience. However, having the following skills and qualities will give you an advantage:
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to stay calm and polite under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy (typing and navigating systems).
- A positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
As part of the Call Centre Agents team, your day-to-day tasks will include:
