Requirements
To qualify for the Call Center Agent Jobs, applicants should have:

- Rebook short deliveries and update customer information
- Handle customer complaints and product enquiries
- Liaise with depot staff regarding deliveries and stock availability
- Assist customer representatives with store-related queries
- Maintain organised records, filing systems, and workstations
- Support team objectives and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Contribute to continuous improvement and professional development
