Minimum Requirements

Applicants for the Business Systems and Integration Analyst position should have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in IT or business systems (internships accepted).
  • A strong foundation in SQL, Excel, and Business Intelligence tools.
  • Knowledge of automation, data integrations, and enterprise systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or BI tools is beneficial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to stores and regional offices.

Knowledge & Skills Required

  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to map and document IT systems and workflows.
  • Experience with ERP systems like Retail Directions or ecommerce platforms such as Magento.
  • Skills in Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Collaborative spirit with eagerness to learn and develop in a retail IT environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

As a Business Systems and Integration Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Documenting IT systems and business processes using ITGlue and SharePoint.
  • Creating dashboards and performance reports in Qlik Sense and Power BI.
  • Building and supporting automation workflows through PowerApps and Power Automate.
  • Managing system integrations across ERP, POS, and ecommerce platforms.
  • Supporting software rollouts, testing, and training sessions.
  • Participating in after-hours standby schedules for technical support.
  • Traveling to stores within South Africa and neighboring countries for training and implementation.

Important Notes

  • Standby support participation is required (evenings and weekends).
  • Two mandatory onsite Saturdays per month (8:00 am – 2:00 pm).
  • Regular travel is required for store and regional system support.
  • These tasks form part of standard job expectations and are not eligible for additional allowances.
