Minimum Requirements
To apply for the Administrative Clerks posts, you must have:
- Senior Certificate / Grade 12 / Equivalent qualification
- A valid driver’s license
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer skills (especially Excel & email)
- Basic numeracy and report writing ability
- Strong organizational and admin skills

- Knowledge of asset or property information systems (advantage)

Key Duties and Responsibilities
The Administrative Clerks will:
- Verify existence and condition of government immovable assets
- Support senior officials (ASD & DD) during physical verification
- Confirm ownership of land parcels using desktop tools
- Assist with GIS spatial data checks
- Validate data on property systems and ERP databases
- Perform deeds searches and verify official documents
- Provide updated and accurate property information to relevant stakeholders
- Approve regional transactions submitted via digital tools
