Requirements
To qualify for the Skills Development Internships, you must have:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in:
- Human Resources
- Industrial Psychology
- Learning and Development
- Must not be studying full-time during the programme
- South African citizen (aged 18–35)
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Ability to commute independently

- Support improvements in client service
Administration & Operations
- Provide general administrative support
- Assist with internal processes and systems
- Support reporting and documentation
- Monitor turnaround times and quality standards
Continuous Improvement
