Minimum Requirements

To be eligible for the Visual Merchandising Learnership, candidates must:

  • Be a South African citizen aged between 18–35 years
  • Have completed Grade 12 (with Communication and Mathematical Literacy at NQF Level 2)
  • Be currently unemployed and not studying
  • Commit to the full 12-month duration
  • Be willing to participate in classroom and in-store training
  • Have completed the pre-assessment process (if applicable)

 Knowledge & Skills Required

  • Enthusiasm for fashion, retail, and customer experience
  • Clear communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Basic literacy and numeracy
  • Keen attention to detail and creativity
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn and take accountability

Key Duties and Responsibilities

In this Visual Merchandising Learnership, your responsibilities include:

  • Assist in setting up visual displays according to PnP brand standards
  • Learn how to manage stock, signage, and promotional materials
  • Create attractive store layouts and product presentations
  • Support the visual team in daily merchandising tasks
  • Engage in both theoretical and practical training modules
  • Deliver excellent customer experiences through engaging store designs
