Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 10 qualification

Knowledge & Skills Required

During this Truworths Stores Learnership, participants will:

  • Assist customers in finding merchandise and provide excellent service.
  • Merchandise the store following MBP principles.
  • Operate POS systems for payments, purchases, and opening new accounts.
  • Monitor stock losses and maintain store security and safety.
  • Work a minimum of 120 hours while building practical retail knowledge.
