Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Completed NQF Level 6 qualification in Business Administration/Management or Public Administration/Management
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must be unemployed and looking for practical work experience
- Must not have participated in a previous internship or learnership programme

Key Duties and Responsibilities
The Strategy and Organisational Performance intern will assist the department with:
- Supporting the development and implementation of Strategic and Annual Performance Plans in line with national guidelines.
- Assisting with the creation and dissemination of Annual Operational Plans to ensure timely delivery to relevant stakeholders.
- Compiling, reviewing, and verifying organisational performance reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintaining a Portfolio of Evidence (POE) for audit and compliance purposes.
- Ensuring accurate performance data management and reporting.
- Assisting in verifying supporting documents related to performance indicators.
- Collaborating with various teams to ensure the organisation meets its Strategy and Organisational Performance goals.
