STIPEND CENTRE: FET CERTIFICATE IN CORRECTIONS SERVICES LEARNERSHIP (NQF LEVEL 4)

Duration: 12 months

Opportunity: Acquire skills, knowledge, and workplace experience in the field of Corrections while earning a monthly stipend of R3738.25.

Location: Eastern Cape, Free State & Northern Cape, Gauteng, Kwa-Zulu Natal, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West, and Western Cape. Please see the detailed location list with reference numbers below.

Basic Enrollment Requirements:

• South Africans with a Grade 12 or National Senior Certificate
• South Africans who have completed the National Certificate in Vocational Studies (NQF Level 4)
• South Africans who have completed a further Education and Training Certificate (NQF Level 4)

Candidates with additional qualifications in Corrections/Penology/Criminology, Agriculture, Artisans, Construction Health and Safety, Food Processing, Graphic Designers, Two-way Radio Communication, or Textile Designing are encouraged to apply. Note that additional qualifications will not affect stipend payment or future remuneration.

Physical fitness and medical tests (including drug tests) are part of the selection process. Candidates must also meet the following criteria:

• Be between 21 and 35 years old
• Have strong character
• Be physically fit and mentally resilient
• Be willing to disclose necessary information for application processing
• Be a South African citizen
