The South Cape TVET College Internships 2025 are now available for unemployed graduates through a collaboration with ETDPSETA. This 24-month programme gives young people the chance to gain real work experience in their chosen field, while earning a monthly stipend.

If you’re living in Eden District, Klein Karoo, or Central Karoo and have a diploma or degree, this internship is your gateway to professional growth.

Position Details

  • Programme: Graduate Internship Programme
  • Location: George, Central Office
  • Duration: 24 months
  • Start Date: 01 August 2025
  • End Date: 31 August 2027
  • Monthly Stipend:
    • R5,000 (NQF Level 6)
    • R6,500 (NQF Level 7)
  • Closing Date: 18 July 2025 at 16:00

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the South Cape TVET College Internships 2025, applicants must:

  • Be unemployed
  • Have a Matric certificate
  • Hold an NQF Level 6 or NQF Level 7 qualification (Diploma, Degree, or BTech)
  • Be from one of the following areas: Eden District, Klein Karoo, or Central Karoo
  • Have less than six months of formal work experience

Internships are available in the following study fields:

Information Technology:

  • IT, Systems Engineering, Software Development, Computer Science

Marketing & Communication:

  • Marketing, PR, Communications, Brand Management, Digital Marketing

Finance & Logistics:

  • Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Logistics

Engineering & Construction:

  • Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Health & Safety, Infrastructure or Project Management

Human Resources & Labour Relations:

  • HR Development, Labour Law, Industrial Psychology, Employee Wellness

Knowledge & Skills You’ll Gain

Through the South Cape TVET College Internships 2025, you’ll:
