Minimum Requirements
To be considered for the Sanlam Learnership 2025, you must:
- Be a South African citizen aged 18 to 35
- Be unemployed and not enrolled in tertiary education
- Hold a valid Grade 12 certificate with 50%+ in English and Maths/Maths Literacy/Accounting
- Be fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Have a clear criminal and credit record
- Be able to travel reliably to Bellville or Centurion
- Commit fully to the 12-month programme and qualification
Knowledge & Skills Required
The Sanlam Learnership 2025 offers a comprehensive training experience that includes:
- Classroom-based lessons on financial services
- Practical workplace training in real business environments
- Completion of a Portfolio of Evidence
- Regular assessments with support from trainers and mentors
- Exposure to Sanlam’s core systems, tools, and customer service functions
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Attend all training and classroom sessions
- Participate actively in on-the-job learning
- Complete workplace tasks and logbooks as required
- Submit all assignments and assessments on time
- Follow Sanlam’s code of conduct and professional standards
