Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
- Assist customers with product selection and purchases

- Return shopping trolleys to designated areas
- Upsell and cross-sell products while promoting current specials
- Maintain assigned nursery areas in a clean and organised condition
- Ensure plants remain healthy, clean and ready for sale
- Report poor-quality plants to the Nursery Sales Supervisor or Horticulturist
- Label plants correctly and display them in the appropriate sales areas
- Prepare nursery areas for new stock
- Assist with annual stock takes and promotional displays
