Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Qualification as a Basic Pharmacist Assistant
- Active registration with the South African Pharmacy Council
- Knowledge of warehousing, logistics, supply chain management, transportation, and hospital pharmacy
- Computer literacy is an added advantage
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive stock from suppliers according to SOP, Good Distribution Practice, and Good Pharmacy Practice standards
- Offload trucks and move stock to quarantine areas
- Store stock correctly using FEFO and FIFO methods
- Participate in stock rotation and stock takes
- Issue ordered stock to Health Facilities in Gauteng Province
- Move roll-trainers to the dispatch area

Knowledge & Skills Required
- Understanding of pharmaceutical warehousing procedures
- Inventory control and stock management skills
- Attention to detail and compliance with SOPs
- Basic computer literacy
