Recruitment Process

- Complete a short video interview
- Attend an online interview if shortlisted
- Participate in the two-day Navigate Experience during September 2026
- Attend final interviews with Investec business leaders
- Receive final outcomes before the end of 2026
- Commence employment in January 2027
