MR PRICE CALL CENTRE COLLECTIONS
COLLECTIONS MANAGER:

Mr Price Money is looking for an innovative and self-motivated Collections Manager to join their dynamic team.
The Collections Manager will be responsible for the operational management of Mr Price Money’s collection strategy through the effective use of all available resources to achieve business goals.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Call Centre Management
- Oversee the collections call centre, management of an effective reporting framework to measure and monitor operational performance to ensure OPEX and CAPEX are managed within the agreed budget.
- Budgeting & Reporting
- Manages the budget for the collections contact centres while reporting on key metrics. Forecast and analyse data against target thresholds on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Performance Management
- Sets expected performance standards and targets for call centre associates based on quantifiable metrics, revising when necessary, to ensure performance consistent with group expectations for customer service.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Relevant management qualification
- 5 years’ experience in a Management role within a collection industry
- Experience in Collections and Recoveries strategies.
- Knowledge of Debt collection, National Credit Act, EDC Management, Debt Collectors Act.
- Strong business acumen
- Strategic and Innovative
- Ability to lead both direct and indirect reports
