Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Key Account Internships, applicants must have:
- A completed degree in Finance, Business Management, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Previous internships or part-time work in finance, sales, or marketing (advantageous).

Key Duties and Responsibilities
As part of the Key Account Internships, your responsibilities will include:
Data & Analysis
- Analyse data requests from Key Accounts.
- Understand data products and developments from Product Houses.
- Coordinate secure and efficient delivery of data.
- Analyse data integration requests and help prepare business cases.
Operational Support
- Coordinate and oversee implementation of operational changes requested by Key Accounts.
- Investigate and resolve queries by working with internal teams and Product Houses.
- Assist with data analysis and support monthly and quarterly reports.
Client & Stakeholder Support
- Create Key Account engagement packs for meetings.
- Support Key Account Managers with implementing action plans.
- Manage profiles and communication for internal stakeholders.
- Assist with engagements across regional teams nationwide.
- Support adviser onboarding to ensure excellent client experience.
Service Delivery
- Make recommendations to improve client service.
- Support the team in meeting service level agreements.
- Ensure client expectations are managed and aligned with Momentum standards.
