Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the Key Account Internships, applicants must have:

  • A completed degree in Finance, Business Management, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Previous internships or part-time work in finance, sales, or marketing (advantageous).

Key Duties and Responsibilities

As part of the Key Account Internships, your responsibilities will include:

Data & Analysis

  • Analyse data requests from Key Accounts.
  • Understand data products and developments from Product Houses.
  • Coordinate secure and efficient delivery of data.
  • Analyse data integration requests and help prepare business cases.

Operational Support

  • Coordinate and oversee implementation of operational changes requested by Key Accounts.
  • Investigate and resolve queries by working with internal teams and Product Houses.
  • Assist with data analysis and support monthly and quarterly reports.

Client & Stakeholder Support

  • Create Key Account engagement packs for meetings.
  • Support Key Account Managers with implementing action plans.
  • Manage profiles and communication for internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with engagements across regional teams nationwide.
  • Support adviser onboarding to ensure excellent client experience.

Service Delivery

  • Make recommendations to improve client service.
  • Support the team in meeting service level agreements.
  • Ensure client expectations are managed and aligned with Momentum standards.
