Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the Innovation Group Learnership 2025, applicants must:

  • Be South African citizens.
  • Be unemployed at the time of application.
  • Be between the ages of 18 and 35.
  • Hold a certified Grade 12/Matric certificate (no older than 6 months).
  • Provide a certified copy of their ID (no older than 6 months).
  • If applying under disability, provide proof of disability from a registered medical practitioner.

Knowledge & Skills Required

Preference will be given to candidates with:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Prior experience in a contact centre or sales environment will be an added advantage.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

As part of the Innovation Group Learnership 2025, successful candidates will:

  • Participate in structured training sessions and workplace learning.
  • Gain hands-on exposure in financial services and short-term insurance.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while applying theoretical knowledge.

Important Notes

  • Applicants may not be on more than one INSETA-funded programme at the same time.
  • Candidates who exited a previous INSETA-funded learnership prior to completion will not be considered, unless special approval is granted.
  • Approval of applications is at the discretion of INSETA and Innovation Group.
