Job Overview
iMasFinance Co-operative (Ltd), through its iMas Insurance Brokers division, is offering an exciting Long Term Insurance Learnership in Centurion (x3 positions) and Boksburg. This 12-month Learnership is designed for unemployed South Africans from previously disadvantaged and designated groups who want to start a career in the insurance industry.
Participants will:
- Gain hands-on experience in Sales and/or Administration.
- Receive structured theoretical training plus workplace mentoring.
- Earn a monthly allowance of R5,000.
- Graduate with a nationally recognised NQF Level 4 Insurance Full Qualification.

Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the iMasFinance Long Term Insurance Learnership, applicants must:
- Have a Grade 12 certificate with Mathematics and/or Accounting.
- Be unemployed at the time of application.
- Not be enrolled in any other studies.
- Be available to start on 1 September 2025.

- Self-motivation, integrity, and reliability.
- Time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
As part of the iMasFinance Long Term Insurance Learnership, you will:
- Assist with insurance-related research and apply literacy/numeracy skills to evaluate data.
- Learn to manage personal finances and assess risk.
- Use your understanding of laws, ethics, and compliance standards to operate effectively in the insurance sector.
- Support sales and administrative functions.

- This is a fixed-term 12-month Learnership with no automatic guarantee of permanent employment.
- Preference will be given to candidates from previously disadvantaged and designated groups.
