Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Cashbuild General Assistant role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Service

Merchandising Standards
- Merchandise bulk stock according to store layout and safety requirements.
- Maintain planograms and ensure all shelves are correctly stocked.
- Report damaged or misplaced stock to the Store Manager.
Housekeeping
- Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned areas.
- Replenish hand towels, shelves, and other consumables.
- Ensure aisles are safe and free of obstacles to prevent customer or staff injuries.
- Complete checklists for canteen, toilets, and showers as required.
Safety Compliance (OHSA)
- Use safety gear and comply with health and safety regulations.
- Ensure all areas are safe for staff and customers.
- Report hazards or discrepancies to the Store Manager promptly.
Stock Management
- Report damaged or misplaced stock.
- Assist in loss prevention and maintaining inventory integrity.
