Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Finance Internship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or a related field
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting processes
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
- Must be unemployed, aged 18 to 35, and available for the full internship period
- Must be eligible to work in South Africa

Key Duties and Responsibilities
As part of the Finance Internship, your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing financial data captured on the Kwantu system
- Verifying supporting documents such as invoices and timesheets
- Assisting with preparation and organisation of payment packs
- Performing data entry, document control, and filing
- Supporting financial audits and ensuring compliance readiness
- Helping the Finance Officer with monthly finance tasks and reporting
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
