Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the FAIS Unemployed Learnerships, applicants must:

  • National Senior Certificate / Matric (Grade 12)

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivation to learn and develop professionally
  • Willingness to work full-time for 12 months
