Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the FAIS Unemployed Learnerships, applicants must:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Law
- National Senior Certificate / Matric (Grade 12)
- Strong interest in financial services
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivation to learn and develop professionally
- Willingness to work full-time for 12 months
