- Complete and send meeting minutes after meetings
- Track action items and follow up
Document Management
- Manage signed documents from meetings
- Update client records and registers
- Scan and save electronic files
- File documents correctly
- Keep records accurate and updated
- Handle FICA documents
Client Support
- Update client contact lists daily
- Assist consultants with back-office duties
- Respond to client queries and direct them correctly
- Help prepare member communication packs
- Support client service delivery
