Minimum Requirements
- Clear criminal check
- Up-to-date First Aid certification
- Up-to-date in-house Club-V training and Active Play Training
- Affinity for children and ability to entertain them
- Ability to conduct physical games and juniors’ activities confidently
- Adaptable, motivated, and growth-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and time management skills
Knowledge & Skills Required
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Trustworthy, action-oriented, and customer-focused
- Ability to create fun, engaging, and safe experiences for children
- Ability to manage stock, reports, and operational procedures
- Friendly, patient, outgoing, and collaborative
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage electronic access and exit of all Club-V members
- Control and manage access cards and membership rules
- Plan and execute Club-V activities based on monthly rosters and themes
- Maintain a safe, clean, and educational environment for toddlers and children
- Manage stock of toys, consumables, arts & crafts, and play equipment
- Report incidents to MOD or Club-V Coordinator
- Adhere to operational standards, emergency procedures, and internal policies
