Minimum Requirements / Knowledge & Skills / Key Duties

  • ABET qualification (minimum)
  • No prior experience required
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal)
  • Punctual, loyal, disciplined, and able to work independently and in teams
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety
  • Operate cleaning machines and basic hand tools
  • Perform routine cleaning duties efficiently, including:
    • Sweeping, scrubbing, polishing floors and furniture
    • Cleaning offices, kitchens, bathrooms, ablution facilities, and conference rooms
    • Dusting and maintaining office equipment
    • Emptying dustbins and managing cleaning materials
    • Reporting workplace defects to supervisors
    • Applying Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) measures at all times
