Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Receive and process cash, cards, vouchers and other approved payment methods
- Handle loyalty programme transactions including partner rewards
- Exchange authorised merchandise and process returns
- Maintain accurate cash flow and secure cash handling procedures
- Ensure all products are scanned and paid for before leaving the store
- Report suspicious behaviour and security risks
- Assist customers with product and store-related queries
- Support current promotions and customer service initiatives
- Adhere to all Dis-Chem policies, procedures and security standards
