Minimum Requirements

Applicants applying for the Administrative Clerk Support Services Job must meet the following:

  • A Senior Certificate (Matric) – NQF Level 4
  • Between 0 to 1 year of relevant working experience

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain pool vehicle logbooks and follow up on vehicle maintenance
  • Update and maintain asset registers
  • Ensure HR documentation is complete and forward requests to District or Regional Office
  • Manage filing systems by opening and closing files according to SASSA procedures
  • Represent the office in forums, meetings, and awareness campaigns
  • Arrange logistics for meetings and events
  • Obtain quotations, compile motivation reports, and submit for approval
  • Receive, check, and process deliveries and invoices
  • Issue store items, maintain inventory records, and submit approvals
  • Adhere to all requirements under Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA)
