Requirements

  • Process and allocate customer payments accurately
  • Recover ad hoc transaction costs
  • Process expense payments timeously
  • Ensure journals and financial documentation meet audit requirements
  • Manage approval and attorney costs
  • Perform reception and general office administration duties
  • Process and administer staff accounts and memberships
  • Create customer account numbers and maintain account records
  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and account requests
  • Process direct bank payments and allocate funds correctly
  • File and scan completed documentation using File Director
  • Maintain debtor accounts and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Ensure compliance with the POPI Act when handling customer information
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer requirements
