Requirements
To qualify for the Wholesale and Retail Learnerships, applicants should have:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- South African citizenship
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Be unemployed and eligible for a W&RSETA learnership
- Clear criminal record
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Must not have completed an unemployed learnership previously

Key Responsibilities
- Attend all theoretical training sessions provided by the training provider
- Complete assessments, assignments and Portfolio of Evidence (PoE)
- Assist customers and provide quality customer service
- Merchandise and replenish stock
- Support point-of-sale (POS) operations where required
- Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping standards
- Follow company policies, procedures and standard operating practices
- Comply with workplace health and safety requirements
- Maintain accurate workplace logbooks and records
- Work closely with supervisors, mentors and facilitators throughout the programme
