Minimum Requirements

Applicants interested in the YES4Youth Programme must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be an unemployed youth
  • Highest qualification must be Grade 12
  • Must be between 18 and 29 years old
  • Must be a South African citizen
  • Must reside close to the workplace area
  • Must not have a criminal record
  • Must be able to start employment on 1 May 2026
  • Relevant qualifications related to the role will be an advantage
  • Must not have previously participated in the YES4Youth initiative

Key Responsibilities

The YES4Youth Programme will assist with several operational and administrative activities within the service department.

Installation Request & Scheduling Management

  • Receive installation requests from the New Business and Contracts Department.
  • Schedule customer requests efficiently to optimise technician availability.
  • Allocate jobs to technicians in a timely manner.
  • Monitor the progress of scheduled calls and service requests.

Customer Request & Query Handling

  • Receive calls and emails from customers requesting repairs, de-installations, and re-installations.
  • Assist customers by resolving queries and managing requests to completion.
  • Escalate issues through the appropriate channels when necessary.
  • Maintain professional and solution-focused communication with customers.

System Management & Administrative Tasks

  • Capture and update all required information on internal systems.
  • Ensure correct system usage when allocating work to technicians.
  • Log all job and customer information accurately after each interaction.
  • Process job cards and submit them through the CRM system for invoicing.

Technical Coordination & Control Room Liaison

  • Communicate with the control room when vehicle testing is required.
  • Ensure technicians receive complete and accurate job instructions.

Stock & Resource Control

  • Maintain stock control related to installations and repairs.
  • Ensure usage records and documentation are recorded accurately.

Financial & Billing Support

  • Verify warranty information for relevant jobs.
  • Follow up with departments to ensure accurate invoicing.
