Requirements
To qualify for the Customer Service Centre Learnerships, applicants must have:
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
- Completed Matric between 2021 and 2025
- Minimum average of 55% for English and Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy
- Advanced computer literacy
- Be currently unemployed
- Not have participated in any previous learnership programme

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service to customers
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions
- Resolve customer queries and complaints through the relevant stakeholders
- Capture and confirm customer orders accurately
- Inform customers of account holds where applicable
- Promote Clover and principal products
- Recommend new and additional products to customers
- Work closely with team members to achieve service goals
- Participate in team meetings and continuous learning activities
- Maintain accurate customer information and visual management records
