Key Responsibilities

- Provide spa orientation and explain available facilities
- Escort guests to and from treatment rooms

- Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms, locker rooms, lounges, and workstations
- Restock towels, linens, guest supplies, and amenities
- Dispose of used linen and waste correctly
- Maintain the appearance of spa facilities
- Monitor guest appointments and scheduling updates
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns
- Promote spa services and maintain excellent guest relations
- Follow all Marriott Bonvoy health, safety, and operational procedures
