Requirements
Applicants for the Shop Assistant Jobs should have:

- At least 1 year of retail experience
- Experience with beauty, skincare, or fragrance products will be advantageous
- Experience using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook and Excel, will be beneficial

Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will:

- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Promote loyalty programme membership and explain customer benefits
- Inform customers about current promotions, discounts, and special offers
- Recommend additional products through effective upselling and link selling
- Maintain attractive product displays and merchandising standards
- Participate in stock takes and cycle counts
- Receive, replenish, rotate, and maintain stock using FIFO principles
- Ensure products and displays remain clean, organised, and well presented
- Process sales accurately using Point of Sale systems
- Follow cash handling, banking, and operational procedures
- Perform professional product demonstrations and makeovers where required
- Support marketing campaigns, promotional events, and in-store activities
- Attend training sessions and continuously improve product knowledge
- Assist with onboarding and supporting new team members
- Report stock shortages, policy breaches, and operational concerns to management
