Requirements
To qualify for the Casual Frontshop Assistant Jobs, applicants should have:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- 0–6 months retail work experience
- South African citizen or valid work permit
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Driver’s licence or reliable transport
- Good communication skills
- Customer service orientation

Key Responsibilities
- Replenish stock to maximise sales opportunities
- Pack and store stock correctly after deliveries
- Apply FIFO stock rotation principles
- Monitor expiry dates and report damaged or expired stock
- Report low stock and out-of-stock items to management
- Maintain merchandising standards and shelf presentation
- Ensure products are correctly priced and labelled
- Build and maintain promotional displays
- Keep the storeroom neat, clean and organised
- Assist with cycle counts and stocktaking
- Load and off-load stock when required
- Assist customers with product enquiries and stock availability
- Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness throughout the store
- Follow company policies, procedures and health and safety regulations
- Assist with training new team members when required
