Minimum Requirements

- Reside close to the store
- Ability to manufacture various meat products such as sausages and mince
- Good communication skills in English
- Willingness to work in a retail production environment
- Ability to work across different stores if required

Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture, prepare, package, and wrap products according to company standards
- Price random-weight and loose-selling products accurately
- Verify product labels and pricing
- Conduct regular quality checks and rotate stock
- Remove damaged or expired stock
- Minimise wastage, shrinkage, and product damage
- Monitor temperatures and maintain the cold chain
- Maintain hygiene, housekeeping, and workplace safety standards
- Follow all security procedures
- Operate and clean production equipment correctly
- Assist customers professionally and recommend suitable products
- Process customer orders according to company procedures
- Promote products and specials
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, management, and suppliers
- Perform additional duties as assigned
