Requirements
To qualify for the Process Technician Learnerships applicants should have:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- S4/S5 completed with all theoretical subjects in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- No bursary obligations
- Recent proof of Work Integrated Learning (WIL) confirmation from the institution
- Certified copies of academic records, Matric certificate, and South African ID
- Computer literacy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management abilities
- Ability to learn quickly and think analytically
- Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on safety and quality
Advantageous Qualifications and Experience
The following will be advantageous:
- Diploma, BTech, or BEng Tech in Chemical or Industrial Engineering
- 1–2 years’ experience in soya or sunflower crushing plants
- Experience within edible oil extraction environments
- Knowledge of Siemens PCS7 SCADA systems

Key Responsibilities

- Perform sampling activities to identify improvement opportunities
