Requirements
To qualify for the Visual Merchandiser Learnerships, applicants should have:
- Grade 12 with Mathematics or Maths Literacy (minimum 40%)
- English and a second language passed at minimum 40%
- South African citizenship
- Be between 18 and 35 years old
- Must be unemployed at the time of appointment
- No criminal or adverse credit record
- Must not be studying full-time or enrolled in another learnership
- Driver’s licence will be advantageous

- Conducting stock rotation and merchandising activities
- Completing iRED survey requirements
- Providing support to the sales team when required
