Requirements

  • Receive and issue stock items
  • Maintain bin cards and stock records
  • Safeguard warehouse inventory

  • Capture requests on LOGIS Procurement Integration
  • Process transactions according to policies
  • Maintain registers and documentation
  • Provide procurement support

Inventory Control

  • Monitor minimum stock levels
  • Record requisitions from end-users
  • Verify incoming goods
  • Perform stock reconciliations

Logistics & Coordination

  • Prepare courier shipments (local and international)
  • Follow up with suppliers
  • Handle face value forms and documentation
