Requirements
To qualify for the Learnerships 2026, applicants must meet the following:
General Requirements
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must be under the age of 27
- No previous professional work experience required
- Must not have completed a similar learnership programme
Educational Requirements
HR (Sandton):
- Matric Certificate
- Business Administration Certificate or Diploma
Operations (Other Locations):
- Matric Certificate
- Higher Certificate or National Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain
Contract Logistics (Johannesburg):
- Minimum 50% in English
- 60% Mathematics OR 70% Maths Literacy
Skills Required
