Safety and Compliance
- Attend and participate in all relevant company safety programs.

- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

- Follow confined space safety procedures when required.
Reporting and Monitoring
- Report food safety and food quality issues to management immediately.
- Report crate washer machine faults to the line manager.
- Report any pallet jack or trolley defects.
- Record and report the total number of crates washed per customer and any damages found.
Operational Support
- Assist with identifying opportunities to improve processes using a continuous improvement mindset.
- Work shifts depending on operational requirements.
- Occasionally assist delivery teams or accompany delivery vehicles when needed.
